Right now: Lots of wood work (splitting firewood, hacking down and old tree stump), landscaping (cleaning up years of wild growth for my future garden, hacking a path through wild trees to make myself my own entrance, transporting small trees), some typical yoga poses, a few bodyweight training units to improve my core musculature, some Bo staff training and random Wing Tsun/Kung Fu training routines I still remember.
Started slowly with just a few minutes of yoga, 5-10 reps of knee supported pushups until my elbows gained sufficient strength to lift up my body weight a few months ago. Have seen minor improvement since then and recently the progress sped up.
