All Russians I've met, including "normal" people on the street, in shops, hotels, restaurants, whenever I have been to Russia (basically Moscow and St Petersburg, granted) are extremely well educated and well read, super polite, calm and friendly.

They just have this fatal resignation to them, as far as the never ending succession of criminal murderers that seem to find their way to power all the time. Putin is a curse. Let's get rid of them, and then we can deal with the next one.
