Have you practiced your breathing exercise yet this morning? When you start your day with a breath meditation you oxygenate your brain while clearing out the interferences in your nervous system , giving yourself the free mind you crave .

Here is an easy one:

set a timer for 5 minutes. Sit in a chair or cross legged on the floor. Close your eyes and inhale. Suspend the breath ( hold) and focus on its living energy for as long as you can without struggling. Then exhale slowly in a controlled manner. Suspend the exhale breath( hold) for as long as you can easily do so. Repeat the process for the 5 minutes. When you are finished breathe normally a few times before opening your eyes and going into your day. ❤️
