You hold your own keys and you send over some sats to open a channel. You can purchase some liquidity as well.
I tried to purchase liquidity, it said “Channels are not available, try again later”

So all I have to do is send myself some sats … that’ll open a channel and then I buy liquidity
There should be instructions directly in the app. But normally you send sats to the address in the app, then you open a channel. Don’t forget to backup your seed phrase
