I hate push-ups soooo much.. I’d rather do like 4 hours of cardio compared to 50 push-ups..

Some days I’d rather do both. Most likely tomorrow I’ll get on the high horse💪🏾

I think it’s a guy thing.. I’d rather be able to outrun someone.. I think long term lol

Hahaha!! I ran track I was a sprinter it’s the short burst for me lol!

But the 15 min jog days are dreadful but worth it! 🙌🏾🙌🏾🙌🏾

Maybe. Not a runner anymore after 200 yards my Achilles tendon done and can barely walk for 2 days.
