Grasshopper’s have been terrible this year so I turned some of the young chickens loose in the bean patch for two days. Helped considerably and they were young enough not to cause damage. Given more time, they can tear things up!

Going to try the turkey poults next as they don’t scratch like the chickens do and absolutely destroy grasshoppers.
