Her mom has cervical cancer that causes constant bleeding, she has the "tranexamic acid" as a treatment every 6h, for an indefinite time. With a salary of 15 USD a month, it is almost impossible for her to manage the purchase of the medicine, even with the help of her husband she does not cover the nutritional needs and the medicines she requires.
