not sure what we're talking about. Zapp is a nostr thing, but you can use lightning directly.
that would require a lightning node or wallet or something.
there are ready to go widgets for both. But can't find it rn

I kind of want it to be a nostr thing, in the sense that i want it to use nostr as the mechanism for identifying and sending money through the zap layer, instead of interacting with lightning directly, like layer 1 is bitcoin, layer 2 is lightning, layer 3 is nostr and I build my app on top of the nostr layer
