Replying to சாரு-秋陽

I requested Shusui-san to help me with finding Japanese equivalent of "autumn sunshine" and Shusui-san referred an online dictionary and told me

しゅうよう = 秋陽

(Shusui-san's name also uses 秋 kanji).

But I like how あきよう sounds too.

So, the correct way to call you is Shuyo-san, right?

Technically yes.

But since I'm not Japanese, I'm okay being called しゅうよう or あきよう as both sound nice 😅
