I can only imagine ❤️🩹I worked as a TA for 3 years awhile back to gain an understanding of what it was like for teachers/parents/kiddos and it was wild; the administration part. In fact, where I live, the district is about to be taken over by the state bc they mismanaged 25M worth of funds for the schools. Unreal
