Any changes to the .env file needed?

Update:
We just changed the wallet setup in proxy servers. We moved away from nip60 and now are using local wallets, can you please pull the latest from the main branch and rebuild your provider?
Note: to withdraw your balances, you just need to go to your admin dashboard via https://privateprovider.xyz/admin/
(Remember the forward slash).
