Imagine what meaningful follows would do for WoT.
WoT is sort of worthless data, right now. Doesn't even keep out literal bots and spam, cuz y'all follow a bunch of crap. 😂

I need a "Your Network" definition more than I need a "Web Of Trust".
For this kind of "Users in your network" mentions, where it's more important to recognize than to trust those mentioned users, I'm planning to look at:
- Your public follows + Private contacts
- The active profiles in the communities you're a part of (as in, not the lurkers)
That's it. No extrapolating X levels deep in follow lists.
Just focusing on getting data from the relays I'm already connected to anyway.
Yeah, it's weird how people are attributing trust scores to lurkers, just because someone is following them. Nobody knows anything about those npubs. Half of them aren't even on here or are just spam bots, or whatnot.
