FROST unifies how signatures are produced. It doesn’t unify who the identity is over time. Fragmentation happens because keys are treated as identities. You need a stable authority anchor above signing schemes, otherwise every signer model fragments the graph. Interop comes from separating identity continuity from signing mechanics.
