I haven't gotten around to it, but I want to see how much ground coffee i can press at one time. What the max weight of coffee that still allows it to work. Then just top the thermos off with the right amount of water.

The brew size is my only issue with it, but hopefully I can take care of that at some point.

i have done 4 tbsp in mine. not sure if 5 would press.

my thermos holds a quart of coffee so i boil water in a pan on the stove,let cool 9 minutes, add grounds, wait 9 minutes, pour through a filter into the thermos.

and away i go.
