Which is the 100K block?

A) First block mined after price touched 100K even though it fell back below 100K before being mined?

B) First block mined at or above 100K?

I am going with B.

A is like saying you ran a 4 minuet mile because at some point you hit a 4 minuet mile pace.

B is actually finishing a mile in 4 minuets!
