How do you think the EO affects the risk of a nation state pump&dump? I.e. a Trump Pump&Dump?
I don't think it inherently increases the risk of a dump (there is always that risk, free market, 24/7 traded, etc.). But I believe it significantly increases the probability of a pump, especially if other nations want to get in on creating their reserve.
Thoughts?
Trump sees pump. Trump is quick deal guy,. Trump dumps it.
With an EO I would think that means he can also sell it through an EO.
I just don't trust these guys. Last time it was Musk, and where did that get us in the end? A lot of Doge bullshit....
