In Korea, there are few public trash cans but little littering. In the US, there are trash cans everywhere yet the trash is always outside the trash cans. Guess I'll hold this popscicle stick until I get back to the hotel 🤣

Littering is a great heuristic of the health of a society
It's the same in Japan... 🧐
Can't have anything nice in the US. Anything in the public gets destroyed, littered on, or stolen. 😔 Was really eye-opening seeing just how safe and orderly Japan was when I visited.
