I will suggest you to consider WISE. Low fees (0.25 to 1%) and under 20 seconds transfers, XOOM is quite fast as well, if you have a PayPal account you can Login with it (it is a PayPal product), but check the fees, specially if an exchange rate between currencies applies, WISE normally beats XOOM in this arena.
