Correct as I was saying to nostr:npub1a6k75m9m2qv2ry8sz9u90hj38np8r5jvj374dnvzc49xke9wg7jqhnmu4x his motive imo is to make a statement regarding a perceived flaw in the #nostr protocol, where it's in reality its a nothing burger. Sending zaps through the bots and advertising his scam doesn't seem to be his intention.

I look at the future of nostr like how public and private trackers work in the BitTorrent protocol, free public trackers are a wild west and contain malware and garbage. Whereas private invite only trackers have standards and have high quality stuff, but you need to contribute a good ratio and follow the rules.

I can see something like that developing on nostr with free invite only relays, paid relays, self hosted relays and public relays being the worst. With the first 3 high standards will be kept and a form of moderation will be enforced.

In the end he is wasting his time and really only pissing off relay operators. Users are largely unaffected aside from minor annoyances.
