I know people who “needed money” at the time and had to sell. If they knew what they were holding theyd pick up a 2nd job or something but unfortunately most still didn’t get it back then
Being a forced seller is a terrible position 100% of the time. Good credit is for moments of extreme necessity.
One's grip is only as strong as the time invested into gaining an understanding.
