Every bitcoiner should be ready, able and willing to give their friends, family members or coworkers five or ten dollars worth of Bitcoin onto a lightning wallet. Don't even wait for them to ask you. Just give them some Bitcoin.

Just get a wallet on their phone. Give them a few thousand sats to ponder about. Send them some more randomly later on for fun. They might come asking questions when that $5 is $15 now, maybe they won't even wait til then.

We just need to be annoying as fuck until 4% adoption.
