The addictive behaviors I indulged in during my twitter times, not being able to stop scrolling, digging, always arguing, for hours per day. Almost as if there's something at stake. But what is it? It's just nonsense.

Quite unhealthy I'd say.

I check nostr once or twice a day. Scroll through the chronological order. Check. Close.

Agreed, Nostr gives you the fix of “keeping up with what’s going on” and being heard without the aggressive undertones

I am also finding Nostr not addictive, although honestly I wonder if that's just because I don't get the level of engagement or number of followers I did over there
