v0.1.10 of WoT relay just released

This version allows you to set your . env

ARCHIVAL_SYNC ="FALSE"

Which will stop the relay from archiving every note in the WoT and instead just filter notes that are sent to it

This will save massive amounts of space and hardware requirements, but won't be suitable if you want to use a single relay on your client

It should also continue to encourage clients to implement outbox model instead of having a single relay serve everything

I am now running this mode on my relay
