IIRC, a very few countries have implemented a CBDC already.
Not even talking about a CBDC. Just a backend washing currency between large banks as a service. I’m sure that different countries have used crypto or bitcoin for this. But I’d guess they have something available to them now only they can use. Like nostr:npub1kyeml3tma4su8yw5aru48wgxclchp8zr3kguwhakmtmegjw40zws82sfjk said, just untraceable.
