Coming into the home stretch of my 4 month body recomp journey. Originally started it because I wanted to get back to what I looked like Pre-COVID -- I caught the "Freshman 15" multiple times over during our forced Government isolation.
As of this morning, I'm actually lighter than I was in high school. Started on 9/13 and with six days left, I've lifted 101/117 days and made my daily step goal 105/117 days. During that time I caught COVID (my 4th time) and took 3 weekend vacations so having an 85%+ hit rate is a win.
Diet consisted of meat, eggs, cheese, nuts, and protein bars and shakes. Extra supplementation included my daily multi, fish oil, COQ10, B12, C, D3/K2 and then my BP-157 and TB-500 peptide stack.
Here's to finishing up the last 6 days strong. Once I'm done I plan on taking a reset week or two to eat the couple things I've missed (looking forward to a nice Detroit-style pizza spot we've got in the Arts District) and then will likely start back up and shoot for 200.
