Yep that's very serious. Pneumonia and sepsis are big time killers. Very unusual for someone your age too get sick like that. I'm guessing you must be vaxxed.
Anytime you think you're getting a cold you must jump on It aggressively from the start. But properly responding to a common cold is actually more involved than you think.
Because you never really know for sure what you have, and what it's going to turn into. When I caught covid-19 in 2019 in nearly killed me. The world didn't know it was circulating.
I thought I had a common cold and ignored it until it was almost too late. And I'm ultra medically sophisticated. I only realized in the second week that I was probably dealing with a bio weapon. Programmed to make a sneak attack.
It would turn out that I was right. Covid was a bio weapon. Program to masquerade as a common cold with a sneak attack shortly after you begin to feel better. Truly diabolical.
So if you think you're getting cough and cold. Start off with the traditional things first. Hydration, nutrition rest, deep breathing, toothbrushing, gargling two or three times a day.
Then progressively ramp it up from there. See a doctor if you think you need to. Ibuprofen, Tylenol, cough suppressant, hot mist vaporizer when you sleep.
Non-drowsy antihistamines to suppress any allergic cytokine storm. Decongestants, pseudoephedrine hydrochloride, rescue inhalers, Albuterol, budesonide, steroids, incentive spirometry, pulse oximetry, respiratory therapy, pulmonary hygiene, oxygen therapy.
Mild activity, prophylactic antibiotics if indicated, extra vitamin C and D. Possibly Ivermectin.
The fact is you will get over whatever it was long before needing most of these medical interventions. But when you go into a fight you need to be prepared for a battle royale. Especially in the age of man-made bio-weapons for money..🗡️🫂😊
