They're punishment is worse than GITMO.
They have to follow a script to ruin them forever.
Putting them in GITMO doesn't ruin the swamp. They'd still make moves from GITMO with the swamp network still on the outside.
Weakened. But still effective given the terribly low IQ in their respective societies.
