If they’re on Telegram you can setup a tipjar but your better option might be to use Tallycoin if you run a node. #[5] can tell you more about that.

It is a bitcoin node. You can also run a nostr node with it. It's a server.

No, but #[5] gives you a private relay to let you store your own Nostr content.
