An Italian court has upheld a ruling that Amanda Knox, former American exchange student, falsely accused a bar owner in Perugia, Italy. The accusation was made during her 2007 murder trial for the death of her roommate, Meredith Kercher. Knox's original conviction was later overturned on appeal.
