It's just a list of keys that are all connected together. There is no ONE trust registry in nostr. Anyone can, and should, make one by inspecting the nostr social graph. I just collected some, pinned it on IPFS for distribution, and time stamped it, so anyone on that list can prove that they are class of 2023.
