I hate when I have to deal with my lack of focus and start to procrastinate because I’m getting distracted easily. I suddenly realize I’m not being productive as much as I wished I was/or could have been because of anxiety. My mind goes somewhere else and I just can’t be in the now. I simply hate that about myself. Does anyone here relate to that? How do you overcome it?

Happens to me. I believe becoming grounded and present in is the key. There are many ways to get there. ♥️🙏🐸
