Have you checked the "around me" feed in Amethyst? I am not sure what the radius is.

That’s a negative. I have yet to try that client. Thanks for the advice. If it goes by IP, I’d be getting people around São Paulo Brazil right now.
I don't even know where my tor exit node is and I have location disabled.
I do use amethyst.
