The BitLicense is a huge obstacle. But the solution is self-custodial Lightning.
That's the thing stopping businesses or exchanges?
It created a major chilling effect. It’s much bigger than just a New York problem, but it’s definitely harder to do anything in this state. Limited exchange options. No custodial Lightning wallets. General lack of public interest.
