well, i'm not suicidal, or fatalistic. i make my fate.
anyway, i think there could be help coming for us. many ancient prophecies tell of it. it could even be this interstellar object that is going to pass us in november could in fact be the rescue mission.
i don't know who they will choose to take with them but i know for sure it won't be the ones who are running this prison planet.

pretty sure they intend to take us to a new planet anyway, that's also in the prophecies. and that they would help us prepare to live in this new place. teach us things.
this planet will be fine again in about 1000 years after this event anyway. it is likely to get very cold afterwards from all the volcanoes and earthquakes that the disaster will trigger. it's also said that we will live longer lifespans after they work their miracles on us.
in any case, i'm just gonna head for a high and dry spot in case that's not what happens. i could think of worse fates than living in stone age conditions without all the techno horror of the modern society we live in now. i'd be fine to live another 30-50 years that way. so i'm fine either way but i'm not gonna let myself be drowned.

The Hopi believe in reincarnation. Unfortunately, reincarnating off planet will lead a soul to long-term devolution. Those that choose this path will eventually be forced to feed on those who did not.
They don't want to help you. They want to farm you.
i don't plan on staying behind if i get the option. i don't think that very many will survive the next disaster. there won't be any reincarnating back here if the whole species is wiped out.
Your soul isn't species specific.. and the human form isn't the final step in our evolution.

I'm not sure we 100% evolved here... Certainly the last few thousand years we did, but we're an anomaly. Or, parts of us are. I think we were created by mixing some stuff. But specifics would just be speculation... As if I'm not already, but anyways.

But the animal/hominid they mixed their DNA with did evolve here.
The truth is likely more complicated than we have imagined. Maybe more complicated than we can imagine.
I'm still gonna try imagining it. Extra dimensional universe hoppers who escaped the destruction of their own universe and seeded this universe with new life but had to jump ahead in time by a few hundred million years to find a living planet, so they crash landed on earth and fucked monkeys.
i think that it's a lot more ordinary than many people believe.
just like the islanders in WW2 who formed the cargo cults, you don't have to be that much more advanced to seem like aliens or gods to people.
and i think that these people who got called gods when they lived here, don't want us to be treating them like gods either.

that's what i believe these people who "ascended to the heavens" are - just humans with greater knowledge who want to share what they know to help us, and yes, in exchange for having us around and maybe some of them will interbreed with us, to keep our genes intertwined and ensure that our relationship with them can continue. when it comes to genetics, diversity is definitely strength. 72000 years ago only 5000 humans survived. it doesn't take that many people to maintain the gene lines but without those options up our sleeves, as a species, we can become unviable, and that's what they continue to maintain a connection with us for.
we have rich genetic material in us that they have mostly lost, almost to the point where they are no longer human anymore, and they don't want to lose that. that's the main motivation on their side.
and while i do have some small belief in the idea of there being a spirit to planets and stars and such, i don't think that we are bound to it any more than we are bound to this universe as a whole.
it's important to understand that when it says in genesis that it was a crime that the fallen angels "took human wives" that's not quite exactly what was meant by it. they seduced, raped, and impregnated them, and then enslaved them. that was the great sin that condemned them. not the simple act of interbreeding. the violence. the exploitation.
also, i don't buy this whole "reincarnation" thing anyway. i think you get one chance to make your peace with God and if you get through the test, then you get a second life, and that comes through His servants, the angels, who have mastered the technology and as it says in the Bible - will not just collect the living from here, but also reconstitute all of the worth keeping humans who passed. in Enoch it describes a place where he is taken to see the souls of the dead, who wait for Judgement Day. that day is coming. they will bring all of us back to take us to the new place.
but it's really important to understand this is a technology, an art, a knowledge. it is the uniting of the personal will with the Will of God. there are two paths, and the path of evil is the one that the ruling class of our planet of the last 5000 years of history have been inflicting on the good people of this planet. that is going to all be accounted for.
I think we reincarnate, but I don't think its good to do so. Its not a comfort at all, knowing you'll wind up back here if you can't figure out how not to. Its horrible to go through these lives with little memory of previous lives, learning the sane crap over and over, and the whole lifespans flash like the sun rising and setting rapidly, like a strobe light. What a punishment! Whatever I did, God, I'm sorry, ffs, let me out !!! At least ancient people got to live longer lives... This is truly a wretched way to spend eternity.
It's possibly a choice. At death, you may remember who you are, and choose to reincarnate... one... more... time.

I believe in the cycle of birth and rebirth, for us and our universe. I've committed to the cycle and plan to enter the sun in my final evolutionary form... many many lifetimes from now.
i just want to live a bit longer, without the shadow of the cult of Chronos shading every corner of my existence except the most private. some more adventure and learning, and lots of healing. that's enough to me, and then after that be remembered by having a star named after me.

all of the stars that we know of that had names from before 5000 years ago were names of people. planets also. zeus, aka atlas, had jupiter named after him, and his evil brother chronos, Saturn. the reason why was because the war that was started by Chronos was coincident with the conjunction of the two planets, which happens every 400 years, and marks a cycle of civilization. i think Gaia or the earth, was named after an important queen of the Atlanteans also, the ancient myths from the sumerians and other ancient cultures related to these, the name Anunnaki means "the ones from heaven" and "heaven" referred to the golden age of atlantis before it split into 10 and then started the war in heaven, or Titanomachy. it's a pretty long and deep subject but this article:

oh yeah, i forgot to mention. the "bethlehem star" in the new testament refers to that conjunction. the most recent time that occurred was in the middle of the dark time of the covid lockdowns. i remember reading about it and looking up at the sky to see it, bright... jupiter is yellowish and saturn is bluish, and they came very close together and with the naked eye were visible as a brighter than normal point of light. this was the first sign of the end of this current age of darkness. a second one that came on 25th of june this year was a conjunction of jupiter, the moon and the sun that is described in the 2500 year old book the Vishnu Purana in which it says when this conjunction happens, a dark age ends and golden age begins.
and in general, the last 1000 years has been a dark age, roughly 1200 years per epoch, the two halves of the age of pisces, ended on that day, the second epoch was an age of darkness.
i'm sure that in the not too distant future it will be revealed exactly whether this is all correct. but i feel it is. somehow i've known it all of my life. i used to say, back when Halley's Comet came, that i would live to see it again. that puts my lifespan to at least about 140 years. that would be fine with me, especially if i do end up having a family and living the pioneer frontier life. here, or elsewhere, idc which. but it's going to happen. i feel like it was already written.

it's one of the things that the ancient culture of "gods" do. i feel a connection to that culture, when i read about it, i'm like "that's how it should be" honor the dead with a memory that will remain forever in the knowledge of the people who come after.
there is a literal meaning to "ascension" like that of Jesus and Enoch who were taken up, but there is also a figurative, honorific form that when you are gone that if you did something important in our life, that you will have a memory created in the culture to honor you. mind you, sometimes those are not very honorable. Like Phaeton or aka "The Son of Man" which was named after an asteroid that was involved in an event about 10000 years ago that scarred the land of north africa and the middle east, making them into deserts.
which is a funny name, but the word isn't strictly associated with Jesus anyway, it comes from a long time before that. probably another terrible tyrant considering that its appearance was that of a fiery dragon that ruined everything it passed.
Many good men aren't remembered at all while many poor examples of our species are praised.

The names of planets, stars, gods and places all change over time. Rewritten by the newest culture to take power.

It makes sense. There are other interpretations that I also like, but the same text can have different meanings for different applications - I'm alluding to the spirit/energy/integration kind of interpretation, which imo only enhances the meaning and doesn't preclude its historicity. My logic for aliens or breakaway human civs existing is : we exist, so what would make us think others don't? And if other do, then there must be some kind of pecking order in the cosmos, so interactions with them would be bound by rules. So they're out there, and here, and they have orders. I've also seen a UFO, so whatever rationalizations I come up with, they have to include that experience - not much of an experience, but I know that that thing wasn't built by humans with our current technology. Also, that happened in the Cascades region, which loops back to my original question.
🤔 if I was a breakaway civilization, or aliens, I'd be trying to terraform as many planets as I could and get people living on them. The more, the better. Every planet inhabited by your species is adding new genetic diversity, which can be harvested and integrated. Like DNA Borg.
