Will we see a constant arms race up the halvening, at which point a lot may have to unplug? Difficulty to then reduce and reward those who have electricity at a good enough rate?
There will be many struggle to survive the competition. There will be failures and turnover in the mining participants but not all at once and I’m not convinced we will see a big drop in difficulty around the halving. Would take another black swan like summer 21 to do that imo.
