The people who elected her assume that she is acting as definition 3 - advocating for her district in Minnesota. But it seems like she is advocating for herself, her ethnic heritage, and her former country. All that being said it’s not good for her district, her state, or the US. Taking an oath to advocate for one country and then using that office to enrich herself and funnel money to her previous country is duplicitous at best. When she gets called out for it - she uses the new N word. Sadly I could say something similar about most who are currently in office.
