Good luck. Finance it if you can and let BTC do the rest. See if the will take a payment plan over 12-24 months so zaps today will cover it or most of it when the bull runs. And it will run.

If they won’t and don’t require 100% up front; just don’t pay it right away and eventually they WILL accept a payment plan or won’t get paid.

My mother in law had to have the same type of work. It’s expensive as all hell. Like buying a car expensive.

Payment plans are a thing. Also look at international travel as an option. Depending on where you live the same work can be done as well or even better and much less expensively in another country.

Teeth are important. Very.

I haven’t used them but you could look at unchained as a way to borrow against your bitcoin instead of selling it to pay for the surgery. I believe it’s multi sig so you still see your bitcoin there.
