The fog on the drive to work was surreal. Felt like I was in a video game or something ๐Ÿ˜†. Shit was just loading in from no where ๐Ÿ˜†

Yeah, fog is a useful rendering technique to avoid distant objects โ€œpoppingโ€ into the render frustum.

Itโ€™s easy to implement in the fragment shader. Just mix the fog color with the surface color according to the camera distance.
