Is there any pool to recommend now that supports stratum v2 and lighting payments?
I'm not aware of one, I really like lincoin though. Why do you need lightning payment capability from your pool of choice?

Less fees and more routine payments when your hashpower contribution is low.
You don't pay the fee though. The fee is paid by the sender.
Just like all BTC payments.
