There's a difference between Twittering yourself into a depressed state, or a more natural cause of being depressed, like bereavement or simply getting over tired. Athletes are classic depressive heads.

And there are external forces outside your control that can also rewire your head leaving you literally debilitated physically - endless poverty, trauma...

But yeah, taking a tab and sitting on the sofa expecting everything to get better is no solution. Just as loads of exercise and food isn't a silver bullet panacea either.

I guess simplifying and black and white are the domain of younger men than I :)
