Glutes are the hardest muscle for me to target but I did notice if I kinda push my body up so that my ass isnโt on the seat, my glutes are targeted more. Maybe a 7 out of 10? Women at gyms know the best workouts for glutes
Yeah same here. And that is definitely true. I swear they don't do any other body part lol
