The food in Vietnam is amazing. Sadly I have come down with a case of diarrhea. My Chinese GF who has been eating the same food is fine, but I'm struggling. Interesting that the Vietnamese pharmacy sells medicine by taking apart a bulk pack and selling you individual pills for cheap.
