Yes, but only as an extension of enjoying him. To the extent that we enjoy his creation without reference to the creator is the same extent that we engage in idolatry by, "worshiping and serving the creature rather than the creator" (Romans 1:25).
Also note that it is man's CHIEF end or purpose, not his ONLY end or purpose. Enjoying what God has created is not our chief purpose, but is penultimate to glorifying and enjoying God himself, and flows from it by necessary consequence.
