6 months straight of eating no red meat or chicken. Still ate fish rare, and eggs kinda often, but I'm working on it. Mostly just ate an insane amount of rice, vegetables, and fruits. Some junk food here and there but I've been trying to limit that.

Meant to say "fish rarely" but I guess rare fish counts too if it was sushi.

I'm doin it mainly because I love animals in the grand scope of things. But besides that my bowel movements are on point & I've lost like 35-40 pounds since the year started. Although that's probably because I started eating healthier in general, I'm sure if I just added meat into my current diet I'd still lose weight. Mainly I try as hard as I can to focus on variety.
