Bitcoin still hasn’t hit a new ATH in ZAR as the Rand strengths against the dollar.. makes me wonder if we aren’t actually watching the collapse of the dollar and not the bitcoin price rocketing to the moon?

The US has just cut rates again. Their money printer is going full stream and they've just received some political certainty. So their market is injecting liquidity like a heroin addict.
SA Reserve Bank has been more circumspect and we're waiting on another interest rate cut. In a couple of months the status quo will resume and the Rand will unfortunately be back to failing at nearly twice the rate of the Dollar.
