Thank you so much Gek!🫂 that’s true. But some things that make you sad are caused by too much overthinking, while you could be grateful about all the other amazing things in life. I wasn’t really melancholic, just disappointment!😅💜

What I am trying to learn to do is to let the emotion tell me its “message” and then move on. It’s so difficult…
I keep hearing the same message over and over again. Unsure about how to solve the issue. And it just gets louder and louder… so I totally understand the negative aspect of overthinking it.
Meaningful connections are the solution, of that I am convinced… 🫂💜

I get also the same message over and over again, everything is okay & I am greatful about my life, but this.
