Everything in New Zealand is highly regulated, transparent, and efficient. Dogs here are so well behaved, when a dog attacks a person, it’s national news. Dogs here don’t bark, they aren’t used as guard dogs, theft is not a major problem. I only lock my home when I go overseas on vacation. In comparison to other places, New Zealand is a very safe and high trust society.
