Things can't grow infinitely, there are always caps. Natural population decline is not bad, it's a self correcting force. There's a reason rural areas have higher birthrates than in cities, human beings always adapt to the environment.

The only ones who suffer from a natural native population decline are those who's net worth so high as to be solely affected by market downturns. For the rest of the working glass there's always work to be done, and increasing housing supply helps them immensely. Those sitting on houses on investment?
