Just be careful with new construction here. They’re starting to mimic São Paulo building patterns. Using cheap materials with fancy premium design to maximize profit. The duplexes and older apartments often have higher quality materials (solid wood vs MDF, etc).
True, but this is happening all around the world. I've lived in many apartments, and the quality varies greatly. 🤷♂️

It varies, but I feel different cities have different general characteristics. I’ve never emotionally forgiven São Paulo for its cheap overpriced “luxury” apartment marketing 😅🙃
