So far I've got some testnet nodes, nostr relays, personal cloud stuff like NextCloud and vaultwardem,

One of them is my full node on bare metal but debating if I should nuke it to make it a VM as well, no way my full node needs 8gb/4vcpu

What's your experience with nextcloud?

Last time I logged into one, a few years back, was laggy as hell. Seems to require quite the bandwidth, even for just navigating in the "drive" folders without DL/UL anything.

It replaced dropbox for me, works great. I keep it behind a VPN so I'm not completely fucked if some 0-day comes out. Using it from Linux and Android clients
